LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTThe Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. We further acknowledge that this land is covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase, 1792, between the Crown and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
We are located at 9280 Airport Road in Mount Hope, ON L0R 1W0 right at Hamilton International Airport. There is plenty of FREE parking in our own lot!

The Hamilton Street Railway Route #20 A-Line Express runs to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum from Monday to Friday. There is a bus stop located directly in front of the museum.
The HSR “Trans-Cab” service provides supplemental transit access to the museum, including on the weekend. When boarding the Route #27 Upper James bus, inform the driver that you will be continuing to Mount Hope using the Trans-Cab service. A fee of 50 cents will apply on top of your bus fare. The #27 bus will conclude its trip at the Mountain Transit Centre. Through the Trans-Cab program, you will be able to board a Blue Line Taxi which will be waiting for the bus at the Transit Centre. Inform the driver that you will be travelling to the museum and the cab will bring you to our front door! To return to the Mountain Transit Centre using Trans-Cab, simply phone Blue Line Taxi at 905-525-0000 and request a Trans-Cab to your location.
The Trans-Cab service runs Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 2 am and on Sundays from 6 am to 1 am.
