Your event will take place among authentic, historic Canadian aircraft, including the world-famous Avro Lancaster. The museum hangar offers a truly unique and memorable backdrop for any occasion.
Yes — All areas of the Museum are fully accessible to wheelchairs except Fly Zone, TG Room, Radio Room, and Observation Deck. These areas are accessible by stairs only.
Yes, there is ample free parking onsite for guests, vendors, and staff.

We host a wide range of events, including galas, holiday parties, product launches, team-building sessions, fundraisers, conferences and more.
Yes. We offer AV equipment and staging options suitable for presentations, panels, and entertainment.
Events can be scheduled during or outside regular museum hours, depending on availability and event needs.
Yes — selected exhibit access is included.
Yes – we can provide vendor tables for additional fee. Power is limited – please make sure to be clear with your event needs while booking.

Additional Questions


Yes – subject to operational and safety constraints, some aircraft can be repositioned or highlighted for your event.
We do! However, we ask that parents be aware we are an active hangar and respect our hangar rules for the safety of the children and the aircrafts during your event.
For groups up to 6 guests we can offer what's called a museum experience. It is an all-inclusive experience that offers you a private table amongst the aircrafts, private tours and chats with the crew members, as well as light refreshments for the group.
Special arrangements, including aircraft flyovers or engine starts, may be available for an additional cost and require advance booking.
Yes — aircraft can be used as static backdrops.

Bookings & Logistics


We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for weekend events or weddings during peak season (May–October).
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment timelines will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Absolutely. Private tours of the event space can be arranged by appointment with our events team: Send Email to arrange.

Certain events may require proof of liability insurance.
Yes, but restrictions apply - all décor must be approved in advance to ensure it aligns with museum safety and preservation policies (no open flames, confetti, adhesives, etc.).
