How to Order

Shopping in the Gift Shop does not require a paid admission to the Museum. The Gift Shop is OPEN 9am to 5 pm - Wednesday to Sunday. CLOSED Monday and Tuesday. Shopping is also available online. Phone orders can be placed at 905-679-4183 ext. 232 or toll free 1-877-347-3359 ext. 232.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard for online purchases only. Additionally, we also accept Interac and cash for in store purchases.

Shipping your Order

We ship to Canada, United States and some international countries. All orders are shipped by Expedited Canada Post. Any possible taxes or duties for shipments that are shipped outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

Expedited Canada Post rates per order are as follows:

Canada - orders over $75	FREE
Canada - Ontario & Quebec	$17.00
Canada - All other provinces	$20.00
United States	$25.00
International	TBD (See below)

Shipping fees for International orders are calculated manually at our order department after we receive your online order. All International orders will be weighed and measured. We will then email you a specific rate and give you a choice between surface and air and the corresponding rates.

Return Policy

Online purchases may be returned in store or by mail within 30 days of your purchase date with the original tags and receipt. Exchanges are also available – please contact us for details – and have your order number ready. In store purchases can be returned for exchange or credit. Any refunds will be credited in the same form as your original payment or a gift card will be issued for the replacement value. All sales are final on gift cards, snacks, beverages, pierced earrings, and jewelry.

Secure Shopping

Shopping on our website is safe and secure. The web server used by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with your web browser software. This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees your privacy. The same technology is used today by the largest web merchants and on the most successful shopping portals on the internet. We do not store credit card numbers in our database and we do not reveal any credit card information when confirming your order. We will transmit the entire credit card number only to the appropriate credit card issuing company using an encrypted and secure communications channel during payment authorization. The email messages between the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum website and our customers is used to confirm orders and to notify customers about the status of the order process.
