BOOKING & MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
The full cost of your Virtual Group Visit as shown on your Confirmation Form will be charged. Any changes, increases or decreases in numbers must be confirmed with the Education Department no later than 48 hours prior to your date. Cancellations received after that date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum charge of $150.
Payment for Virtual Group Visit is expected within 10 business days. We accept payment by credit card, cheque payable to Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
