BOOKING & MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICY The full cost of your Virtual Field Trip as shown on your Confirmation Form will be charged. Any changes, increases or decreases in numbers must be confirmed with the Education Department no later than 48 hours prior to your date. Cancellations received after that date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum charge of $150.
PAYMENT Payment for Virtual Field Trip is expected within 5 business days after the date of the trip. We accept payment by credit card - number can be phoned in to 905-679-4183 extension 229 or 220.
