'GIRLS WHO DARE' Summer Camp

A “1940’s Experience” Life Skills Summer Day Camp for Girls Ages 9 & Up.

“Made Do & Mend” becomes “Reduce, Re-use & Recycle”

  • Imagine what life was like in Great Grandma’s day
  • Discover dances that delighted and music that moved
  • Play hopscotch havoc and brilliant board games
  • Experience super sewing and bashful buttons
  • Create crafts with tools using both new and recycled materials
  • Compare salvage to recycling
  • Dig for Victory
  • View victory videos
  • Cook carrot cookies, scones & hash
  • Crack sinister secret codes & ciphers

July 26– 30, Monday to Friday 9:15am – 4:15pm
(Extended care available, inquire on booking)

$350 per person plus 13% HST

INCLUDES: All lunches and snacks, All Activity Materials and a Camp T-Shirt (extras available for sale)

Camp Highlight: a 30 minute flight over the Hamilton Skyline in a Douglas DC3!
