Produced in 1943 by the United States War Department, this film is considered one ot the finest wartime documentaries produced during the Second World War. The focus of this film is the Flying Fortress Memphis Belle, a B-17 who's crew was responsible for twenty five successful missions over enemy territory. This film takes you up behind German lines, fighting enemy aircraft and shows you the real people behind the scenes, dedicated flyers fighting for their country.
